Course Registration Refunds

Students may request a refund up to 14 days before the scheduled course date for a full refund, less any applicable processing fees.

Refund requests made within 14 days of the course date may be subject to a partial refund or credit toward a future course at the discretion of WDAA.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or failure to attend a registered course.

Course Cancellations

If WDAA cancels or reschedules a course, registered participants will be offered the option to:

• Transfer enrollment to a future course date
• Receive a full refund

Digital Materials

Any digital course materials, downloadable resources, or educational content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Transfer Requests

Registration transfers to another participant or course date may be permitted upon written request and approval by WDAA.
